Ingredients
- Halloumi (one block)
- 2 Portobello mushrooms
- 2 Brioche buns
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut the halloumi block in half
- Coat halloumi slices and Portobello mushrooms in olive oil, salt and pepper
- Heat grill to high heat – about 450 degrees
- Place halloumi slices and Portobello mushrooms on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, lightly toast brioche buns
- Assemble halloumi and mushrooms on burger.
- Enjoy!
